Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Do you build fences in the winter?
A: Yes, we build fences all year long. We can set fence posts, even during the coldest Ohio months because our concrete footers are underground. We have cold weather additives to incorporate into the concrete mixture that results in generating the required heat for the concrete to setup. But please note that extreme weather such as heavy rain or sleet may impact the completion date of your fence project. So, contact Armor Fence of Ohio today. We are working – even if it is snowing.
Q: What can I expect in our first meeting?
A: Jason will contact you to schedule your first meeting. He will meet with you at the proposed project site, take measurements, discuss options, and provide you with a written estimate of the fence project cost.
Once the contract is signed and you have paid your deposit, Jason will schedule the OUPS team to mark the project site for underground power lines. And he will obtain all required permits for you.
Q: What if I am also having some landscape work done or a new pool installed at the project site?
A: Please make sure to tell Jason about this work. He will coordinate scheduling your fence installation with the other contractors.
Q: Do I need to be home when my fence is installed?
A: No. You do not need to be home during the installation of your fence. However, should the need arise, we must be able to contact you.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
