Armor Fence of Ohio installs and repairs wood, vinyl, ornamental aluminum and chain link fencing for residential, commercial and industrial properties across Greene, Montgomery and Clark counties. Every project is measured, quoted and built by our own crew, with one point of contact from the first call to the final walkthrough.
What we install
We install four fence materials, each suited to different requirements for privacy, security, appearance and budget. Below is a comparison to help you decide.
The wrought iron look without the rust and the repainting. Powder coated, and it holds its finish for decades.
See ornamental aluminum →Cedar or treated pine, cut and built for your yard. Privacy and property value at a reasonable price.
See custom wood →No painting, no staining, no rot. Wash it off once in a while and it looks new for a long time.
See vinyl (pvc) →The most fence per dollar. Galvanized, or vinyl coated in black, green or brown if you would rather it disappear.
See chain link →Our process
A fence project involves more than the fence itself. Accurate measurements, the right material for the ground, permits, utility locates and a crew that shows up when scheduled all have to come together.
Armor Fence of Ohio manages all of it in house. The crew that sets your posts and hangs your gates is the same crew we send to every job, working directly under Jason. That gives you a single point of accountability for the entire project.
We will not be happy with the finished product until you are.
Jason calls you to set a time, meets you at the property, measures the runs and talks through the options for material, height and gate placement.
A real number on paper, itemized, free, and yours to keep. If you have a valid written estimate from somebody else, bring it. We will meet it or beat it.
Once the contract is signed and the deposit is in, we schedule OUPS to mark the underground utilities and we obtain the permits your municipality requires.
Posts set in concrete footers below the frost line, runs lined to the property, gates hung and adjusted. You do not need to be home, we just need to be able to reach you.
Year round
Fence installation is not limited to the warmer months.
Concrete footers sit underground, where the temperature is far steadier than the air above it. We use cold weather additives in the mix that generate the heat the concrete needs to set up correctly, which means posts can go in through the coldest months of an Ohio winter.
Severe weather can affect the schedule, and we will tell you in advance if a completion date needs to move. Otherwise, winter installations proceed normally and scheduling is often more flexible than during the busy season.
Our work
A selection of completed installations, each measured, quoted and built by our own crew.
Repairs
Leaning posts, gates that no longer latch, storm damage and vehicle damage are all repairable.
We repair every material we install, and we will advise you when replacement is the better investment. If the posts are rotted through the whole line, patching two of them means paying for the same fence twice.
Commercial and industrial
Storage yards, equipment enclosures, facility perimeters, ball fields and access gates.
Commercial projects are quoted the same way residential projects are. We visit the site, assess the requirements and provide a written estimate. No project is too large or too small.
Service area
We are based in Xenia and most of our work sits within about half an hour of it. If your town is not on this list, call and ask, because it probably still works.
