Fence installation in Xenia
Our home town. The shop is here, so Xenia jobs are the shortest drive we make.
What we install in Xenia
Wood, vinyl, ornamental aluminum and chain link, for homes and for commercial property. We also repair fences in Xenia, including ones we did not build.
Custom Wood
Cedar or treated pine, cut and built for your yard. Privacy and property value at a reasonable price.
Details →Vinyl (PVC)
No painting, no staining, no rot. Wash it off once in a while and it looks new for a long time.
Details →Chain Link
The most fence per dollar. Galvanized, or vinyl coated in black, green or brown if you would rather it disappear.
Details →Permits in Xenia
Fence rules are set locally, and they cover things like maximum height, how far off the property line a fence has to sit, what is allowed on a corner lot, and which way the finished side faces.
We obtain the permits your address requires after the contract is signed, and we schedule OUPS to mark underground utilities before anything gets dug. Determining the local requirements is part of our work, not yours.
Property lines
Before we set posts we need to know where your line actually is. The pins from the original survey are usually still in the ground, often an inch or two down at the corners. If they cannot be found, a survey is the reliable route.
It is worth sorting out first. Relocating a finished fence costs considerably more than locating a pin.
