About Armor Fence of Ohio
A family owned custom fence company in Xenia, run by the man whose name is on the estimate.
Armor Fence of Ohio is a locally owned full service fence installation and repair company in the Miami Valley. We install and repair every fence material we sell. No project is too large or too small.
Twenty years in the trade, fourteen under this name
Jason Monhollen has more than twenty years of experience in the fence industry. Armor Fence of Ohio was started in 2012, and the focus has not moved since: a quality product at a reasonable price.
One crew on every job
Some companies sell the work and then hand it off to whoever is available that week. When a question comes up on a job like that, the homeowner ends up between two companies.
We work differently. Jason measures the property, prepares the estimate and runs the same crew on every installation. One company, one schedule, one number to call.
Start to finish project management
We handle the details of your installation at every step. That includes scheduling the OUPS utility locate, obtaining the permits your municipality requires, and coordinating with your other contractors if there is landscaping or a pool going in at the same time.
The result is a project managed on your behalf from start to finish.
We will meet or beat any valid written estimate
If you have a written quote from another company, bring it to us. We will review it with you and either match the price or come in below it.
Our professional approach on the job site, the quality of the workmanship, and the drive to earn complete satisfaction are the three pillars this company is built on. We will not be happy with the finished product until you are.

Our standards
Our commitment
Respect for your property
We are working in your yard, often while you are at your job. That means cleaning up, staying out of the flower beds, closing the gate behind us if you have a dog, and treating the place the way we would want ours treated.
Quality of construction
Footers below the frost line, posts set in concrete and lined true, gates hung square and adjusted before we leave. Most of what makes a fence last is underground where you will never see it, which is exactly why it is worth doing right.
Completion and walkthrough
The job is not done when the last panel goes up. It is done when you have walked it with us and you are satisfied with what you are looking at.
