What it is good for

How it handles a slope
Sections rack, which means the rails pivot at the post and follow the ground instead of stepping down in blocks. On a yard with any real grade, that is the difference between a fence that follows the property and one that steps down in blocks.
Pools
If the fence is going around a pool, say so on the first call. Pool barriers have code requirements for height, picket spacing, and how the gate latches and swings. It is a straightforward thing to get right up front and an expensive thing to fix after.
