Fencing in Xenia →A short run from the shop in Xenia. Wood, vinyl, aluminum and chain link, residential and commercial.
Fencing in Bellbrook →Newer subdivisions with graded lots. Vinyl and aluminum are the common asks out here.
Fencing in Beavercreek →If your neighborhood has HOA guidelines on height, material or which side the finished face points, tell us and we will build to them.
Fencing in Centerville →Established streets and mature trees. If access to the back yard is tight, mention it when we come out to measure.
Fencing in Kettering →Larger lots often mean longer runs and more thought about where the gates go. We will walk the yard with you before quoting.
Fencing in Springboro →A mix of older in town lots and newer builds. Both get the same footers and the same crew.
Fencing in Miamisburg →We take work up through Springfield regularly. Residential, commercial and industrial all get quoted the same way.
Fencing in Springfield →Smaller town, bigger yards. Privacy, chain link and ranch rail all come up out here.
Fencing in Enon →Rural lots and long property lines. Happy to talk through what makes sense for acreage.
Fencing in Cedarville →Older homes and lots that were platted a long time ago. Property pins are worth finding before we start.
Fencing in Yellow Springs →City lots and alley access, with local rules on height and corner visibility. We obtain the permits, so that is handled for you.
Fencing in Dayton →Counties
Permit requirements change at every municipal line, and sometimes between a city and the township next to it.
Height limits, setbacks, corner lot visibility rules and which direction the finished side of a fence has to face are all decided locally. Some places want a permit for any fence. Some only care above a certain height. Some have nothing at all.
We handle it. After the contract is signed we obtain the permits your address requires and schedule OUPS to mark the underground utilities. You are not expected to know the rules for your jurisdiction, and you are not expected to go find them.
